Data Deletion

How to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your FlowDM account, we permanently remove the following:

  • Your profile (name, email)
  • All connected Instagram account data and access tokens
  • All automation rules
  • All DM logs and analytics data
  • All lead and contact data

This action cannot be undone. We do not keep backups of deleted account data.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Log in to your FlowDM account at flowdm.in
  2. Open Settings from the dashboard sidebar
  3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section
  4. Click Delete Account
  5. Confirm in the dialog. Your account and all data will be permanently removed.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot log in or prefer to request deletion by email, contact us at support@flowdm.in. Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
