By using FlowDM ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlowDM is an Instagram automation platform that lets you create rules to automatically send direct messages based on triggers such as comment keywords, DM keywords, and story interactions.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must have the right to connect any Instagram account you link to FlowDM.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use FlowDM to spam users or send unsolicited bulk messages.
• Violate Instagram or Meta terms, policies, or guidelines.
• Reverse-engineer, hack, or attempt to compromise the platform.
• Use the service for any illegal or harmful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you are violating these terms or misusing the service.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep FlowDM reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide the service "as is" and are not liable for automation failures, lost messages, or impacts on your account or business.

6. Payments

Paid plans, if offered, will be clearly described. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Refund policy will be stated at the time of purchase.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
