FlowDM ("we", "us", "our") operates the website flowdm.in and provides Instagram automation services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our platform.

• Instagram data: When you connect Instagram, we receive your username, profile picture, followers count, and an access token to send messages on your behalf.
• Automation data: The rules you create, including trigger keywords and response messages.
• Usage logs: Records of automated DMs sent, including recipient identifiers, timestamps, and delivery status.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the FlowDM platform and automation features.
• To send automated direct messages on your behalf based on your rules.
• To show analytics and performance metrics on your dashboard.
• To communicate with you about your account and service updates.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security. Access tokens are stored securely. We use industry-standard measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.

5. Third-Party Services

We use these third-party services to run FlowDM:

• Meta / Instagram: To connect your account and send messages.
• Supabase: For data storage and authentication.
• Vercel: For hosting the application.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. We only share data as needed to provide the service (for example, sending messages via Instagram's API).

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. After deletion, your automation rules, DM logs, connected accounts, and profile data are permanently removed.

8. Your Rights

• Access your personal data through the dashboard.
• Disconnect your Instagram account at any time.
• Delete your account and all data.
• Request a copy of your data by contacting us.

9. Instagram Platform Policy

Our use of Instagram data follows Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram Graph API policies. We only request the permissions needed to provide the service.
